We want you to be completely happy with your Aureltek purchase. This policy explains your options if something isn't right.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible, items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories. We may reduce or decline a refund for items returned damaged, incomplete, or beyond the 30-day window.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@aureltek.store or use our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with simple return instructions — please don't send items back before receiving them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Prefer a different option or a replacement? Let us know and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund and cover any return shipping.

Return Shipping

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

1-Year Warranty

Every Aureltek device is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device fails under normal use within 12 months of delivery, contact us for a free replacement. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal battery wear over time.
